The Inventory lot porter is primary responsibility is keeping the lot organized, presentable, and handling / checking in inventory daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing Luxury Brand lot daily by Make, Model and Year
• Checking in newly arrived vehicles. (This involves closely assessing each vehicle for cosmetic and mechanical repair.)
• Maintaining a good working relationship and communication skills with staff and vendors.
• Other job duties as assigned by upper management including, but not limited to : lot audit, moving vehicles in / out of showrooms, taking vehicles off lot, assisting other departments.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient computer skills including standard business applications such as Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner is important in this position
• Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed as a flexible team player.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
