Job Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist Staff ensures safe, appropriate, and economical use of drugs through the application of specialized skills and knowledge in pediatric patient care.
The Clinical Pharmacist Float, General Medicine is an integral team member of the pharmacist competency group. This Pharmacist rotates through various specialties such as pulmonology, acute pain / surgery, abdominal solid organ transplant, psychiatry, neurology, and general medicine. The Pharmacist rounds with the multidisciplinary care team, performs therapeutic drug monitoring, makes therapeutic recommendations, provides patient education, precepts, and much more.

Shift : Varies, day / evening, with rotating weekends and selected holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Preference will be given to those applicants who have at least one year of pediatric pharmacy experience and / or have completed a residency.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $121,394.93 to $182,092.39
