Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performance team of engineers and developers

Drive the strategy and development of AI / ML systems and solutions

Oversee the design and delivery of effective solutions for customers

Required Qualifications

15+ years of overall experience in technology

5+ years of leadership experience in managing engineering teams

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Experience with ECM, IDP, or document management systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
