We’re seeking a high-energy  Inside Sales Agent (ISA)  to join our award-winning group.

With  46 years of combined experience , partners  Jerry Minsky and Jason Abrishami  have led one of the most respected teams in New York real estate, closing  over $53 million in signed contracts and sales year-to-date . We specialize in estate, probate, new-development, and high-end residential properties across Brooklyn and beyond.

Role Overview

This is a  full-time position  focused exclusively on  lead engagement and conversion —no part-time roles available.

You’ll be calling  qualified leads provided to you , including :

  • Expired listings
  • Probate and estate properties
  • Divorce and pre-foreclosure opportunities
  • Lis Pendens
  • Circle prospecting and other targeted lead lists

Your mission : build rapport, qualify prospects, and set high-quality appointments for our senior agents.

Compensation

  • Commission-only role  (no base salary)
  • Uncapped earning potential  — top performers can earn  $100K – $250K+ annually
  • Performance-based bonuses and growth potential within the team
  • Ideal Candidate

    We’re looking for a  seasoned phone-sales expert  with :

  • 2–3+ years  of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or solicitation
  • Strong verbal communication skills and proven closing ability
  • High comfort with CRMs,  Google Drive ,  Microsoft Office , and online tools
  • A  real estate salesperson’s license  (preferred)
  • If you don’t yet have one but have a strong phone-sales background, we’ll guide you through licensing
  • This is  not  a beginner role—ideal candidates will be ready to  hit the ground running  and perform from day one.
