A company is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst who is passionate about tech support and enjoys helping others with their IT skills. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via phone and email Log and manage support tickets; escalate complex issues as needed Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks Required Qualifications High school diploma required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 1-2 years' experience in technical support, ideally in a service desk environment Preferred certifications : HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
