We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our tight-knit team and maintain the quality and functionality of our properties. This is a full-time, on-site role running Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 am–5 pm, with occasional on-call shifts (one week per month).

You’ll tackle real-world challenges, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our communities thriving.

Work Orders & Property Maintenance (60%)

Diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues efficiently

Maintain the character and integrity of historic properties

Execute electrical, plumbing, painting, and other tasks to exacting standards

Manage work orders via iPhone app, prioritizing tasks and escalating when necessary

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

Communication & Collaboration (15%)

Keep residents, teammates, and vendors informed on work progress

Coordinate with vendors as needed to complete tasks effectively

On-Call Responsibilities (5%)

Respond to emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts

Flexibility & Adaptability (20%)

Handle unexpected challenges with focus and professionalism

Support the team and contribute to an excellent resident experience

✅ What You’ll Bring

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of experience in maintenance, make-ready, or a related field

Comfort with hand tools and moderate-to-heavy physical work (lift 50–100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand ~90% of the day)

Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit
