Company Description

Schedule : Full-Time Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), Rotating Weekends (2 per month : Friday–Sunday)

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range : $34.24 – $45.75 / hr (based on experience)

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$3.75 / hr

Weekends : +$6.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

Relocation Assistance : $5,000 (for candidates relocating 50+ miles)

Job Description

Advance your nursing career as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment dedicated to patient-centered excellence .

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate care.

Serve as a resource for staff through coaching, training, and mentorship.

Support improved patient outcomes and elevate the patient experience.

Assist with scheduling, admissions, and discharge processes.

Monitor and manage a 34-bed PCU treating patients with :

Chest pain, CVA / TIA, sepsis, and pulmonary complications

Drips : cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, lasix

Neuro and COVID-related conditions

Qualifications

Licensure : Active RN license (required)

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)

Experience : Prior Charge Nurse experience (required)

Certifications :

BLS – Required within 30 days of hire

ACLS – Required within 30 days of hire

NIHSS Stroke Certification – Required within 30 days of hire
