We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care / Cardiology Physician to join our growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and cardiovascular health. Responsibilities :

• Provide primary care and cardiology-focused services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease
• Interpret EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms as applicable
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Promote health education and preventive care initiatives
