We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic team in BEAUTIFUL MONTANA!

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a strong focus on customer service. This role requires proficiency in various mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work on a wide range of vehicles. AS A PLUS, all DOMESTIC OEM Brands are under one ROOFTOP!

As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

• Responsibilities
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Requirements & Qualifications :
• Ability to be a Mentor in the shop
• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
• Certified Ford Master Technician
• ASE Master Technician a PLUS!
• Must submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen, along with random drug testing
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Team player
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Experience :

• FORD technician : 3 years (Preferred)
• Automotive repair : 5 years (Preferred)
• Dealership : 1 year (Preferred)

License / Certification :

• Driver's License (Required)
• Ford Certification (Required)
