Sr. Accountant Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key contributor to the financial operations, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities :

• Handle general accounting duties, including journal entries and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain the general ledger, including balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis, addressing discrepancies and inquiries as needed.
• Oversee the coding of invoices, setup of new accounts, and monthly book closings.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for annual audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary financial information and support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting department.
