SALARY: $100,000–$145,000 BASE + PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Family Law Attorney to join our highly respected and passionate team near College Station, Texas. Qualifications

• 
  Active Texas law license in good standing.
  
• 
  Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing family law.
  
• 
  Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms.
  
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a team-driven environment.
  
• 
  Proven experience developing client relationships and managing litigation.
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Represent clients in all stages of family law cases including custody, divorce, modifications, and enforcement.
  
• 
  Develop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
  
• 
  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them with clear communication and honest counsel.
  
• 
  Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
  
• 
  Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to ensure comprehensive legal preparation.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate legal documentation and client records using firm systems and tools.
  
• 
  Contribute to firm culture with a team-first attitude and commitment to high standards.
