Job Duties

• Assist Patients With Physical Therapy Needs
• Provides Services Within Scope Of Practice And In Accordance With Plan Of Care
• Observe / Report Patient's Response To Treatment Along With Any Changes In His / Her Condition To Pt Or Rn
• Prepare Clinical And / Or Progress Notes For Each Visit
• Guide Patient In Use Of Therapeutic, Creative And Self-Care Activity For The Purpose Of Improving Function
