Operations and Logistics Manager

Caring Transitions of Euless is looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team in our North Richland Hills office.

This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts.  The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship.

The Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.    The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers.

Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.  Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Drive sales efforts, foster client relationships, and contribute to revenue expansion.
• Quickly access and oversee various operational areas and staff functions to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate positive client interactions.
• Assist with post-sale shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Organize and manage warehouse operations, maintaining order, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee office management, including administrative processes and workflow optimization.
• Utilize technology effectively for communication, data management, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company services and communicate offerings clearly to clients and team members.
