Job Title : Recruiting Administrator

Location : Rock Hill, SC

Hourly Rate : Depending on Experience.

About Us : We are a veteran owned mechanical contractor, supplies welding, machining, heat treating and NDE services to the power and process industries. We specialize in delivering piping and boiler services through planned outages, emergent work, and / or staff augmentation.

Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Administrator to support our recruiting team in coordinating the full hiring process—from initial applicant tracking to onboarding. This role will serve as a central point for candidate communication, documentation, and compliance, ensuring all staffing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Post job openings across internal and external job boards
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate details to candidates and hiring managers
  • Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and send offer letters, background checks, drug test authorizations, and onboarding documents
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and reports for compliance purposes
  • Assist with union and non-union recruiting processes, including dispatch coordination and roster tracking
  • Support recruiters with high-volume staffing projects, including nuclear-cleared and specialized craft roles
  • Ensure all candidate files meet client and regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Experience supporting staffing in union or industrial / nuclear environments is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under direct supervision and follow directions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
