Outside Sales Representative opportunity with a leading residential HVAC solutions provider, offering top-tier heating, cooling, and ventilation products / services. The Outside Sales Rep. position offers uncapped earnings, a company vehicle and gas card.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with residential customers to understand their HVAC needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess space, energy efficiency, and comfort requirements.
- Present and explain HVAC products, services, and financing options in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate leads through company-provided inquiries, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates and written proposals for new installations and replacements.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed on HVAC products, promotions, and industry trends (training provided).
Requirements :
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or in-home consultations is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
