Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Associate Product Manager role :

To support the planning, execution, and optimization of A / B testing and agile product initiatives. This role plays a key part in turning insights into impactful tests, improving team processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate learning and delivery across REVOLVE and FWRD.

Major Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Coordinate the end-to-end A / B testing process : intake, planning, execution, analysis, and follow-up
• Partner with product managers, analysts, designers, and engineers to align tests with project goals and timelines
• Maintain Jira boards, test trackers, and documentation to support sprint planning and testing workflow
• Monitor testing velocity and help identify opportunities to improve process efficiency
• Prepare clear summaries of test status, outcomes, and insights for team updates and stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of experimentation initiatives

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly / salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
