Manpower / Manning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Manpower / Manning Analyst who will be a key support to the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA.
• Review, update, and evaluate Navy Training Management and Manpower databases such as TFMMS, CeTARS, and FLTMPS to determine manpower requirements.
• Analyze activity manpower documents such as Activity Manning Documents (AMD).
• Analyze data and detect trends as well as summarize findings, draw conclusions and develop presentations.
• Assist in the annual review of training and manpower requirements in support of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
