As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for : Working with a Store Manager in the areas of Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources; Developing creative plans to increase store sales; Coordinating and supervising loss prevention and operational programs; Ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience; Hiring, training, supervising and mentoring a team of Associates; Managing the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom, front end and cash office.
