  • Coverage Type : Clinical + Call
  • Shift Schedule : FTE, 40 hours / week, 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm
  • Call Schedule : 3pm-12am and 12am-6 : 30am (Specific days to be confirmed)
  • Call Response Time : Provider must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 30 minutes.
  • Phone Consults : No
  • Admissions : No
  • Rounding included : Yes
  • % of Practice : 95% of the time direct patient care, 5% administrative tasks
  • EMR : CPRS
  • Temporary Privileges available : Yes
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

  • Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory
  • BC / BE
  • Master’s degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • DEA License
  • Minimum of 1 year recent direct patient care experience as a CRNA Please note : CRNAs who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
