Nurse Practitioner for PT Home care visits in Philadelphia PA

SPECIALTY : Nurse Practitioner

LOCATION : Philadelphia PA

JOB TYPE : Part Time

JOB NUMBER : 40136

DESCRIPTION : Start ASAP

Up to $35 per visit

Work around your current schedule doing home wound care visits

Visits are typically 30 min or less twice a week

Appointments located in same ZIP code to minimize travel time between appointments

Active state driver s license and reliable transportation needed

REQUIREMENTS : PA License

DEA

BLS
