Job Title : Customer Service Support
Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 : 00-4 : 00 PM (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
The Customer Service Support 2 Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.

This position will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, placing orders, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
Accurately enter and process customer orders
Provide product, order, and delivery information
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Support other customer service functions as needed during peak season
Must complete Background check only
Interviews will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
