Job descriptionMinimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Competitive salary package ($100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience) Quick Career progression to Account Manager Exposure to a wide network of professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections. Good level of flexibility - implemented a work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home. Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups Social environment and numerous staff events / Weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events. or call

About The Role :
- Managing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Leading client meetings, presentations and negotiating terms
- Mentoring and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support professional development.
- Analysing market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Liaising with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals, and endorsements
