What You’ll Do

Learn how to assist customers through every step of the sales process—from greeting and needs assessment to vehicle presentation, test drives, and delivery.

Gain product knowledge on Ford’s full lineup, including the latest in electric and hybrid vehicles.

Work with experienced sales managers to understand financing, leasing, trade-ins, and dealership systems.

Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our dealership’s reputation for honesty, professionalism, and community trust.

What We’re Looking For
