Mobile Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location : Surprise, AZ

Job Overview :

As a Mobile Automotive Technician / Mechanic at Christian Brothers Automotive, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services directly to our guests' locations. You will operate a Christian Brothers Automotive branded mobile repair vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to diagnose and fix various vehicle issues.

We are looking for automotive technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations
• Maintain professionalism while addressing all guest concerns
• Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate them to the guest's needs
• Politely and professionally communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle
• Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Responsible for keeping the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times
• Master MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)
