About The Position

MercyOne Clinton is seeking to add a full-time OB / GYN provider to their team!   There is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB / GYN to join a busy, growing practice located in Clinton, Iowa.

Job Description

• OB / GYN will collaborate with the FM / OB group
• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with shared call
• Responsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB call
• Weekend and on-call ratio : 1 : 4
• Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and  travel to multiple locations / clinics
• Facility's Trauma Level / Designation : Level 4
• Documentation System / EMR : Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks Outpatient
• Provider must be willing to join and support the facility's aim in growing a service line
• Number of patients per day varies by provider
• Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred
• Not open to 1099 candidates
• Accepting H1B and J1 visa candidates
• Open to Locum (Job #50736) and Locum to Perm candidates
• Accepting TRULY BE candidates within 3 years of eligibility
• Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and / or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.  Clean malpractice is preferred.
