Job descriptionPrepare detailed estimates for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems from conceptual through construction documents. Analyze drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine complete scope. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and trade partners to secure accurate pricing. Conduct constructability and value analysis to identify cost-effective alternatives. Collaborate with design teams and clients during estimate reviews and project handoffs. Evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure scope coverage and manage risk. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of MEP estimating experience. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Salary : $120,000 – $145,000
