As a Product Marketing Manager at Compass, you will be a member of the Product & Engineering organization and will work closely with Product Managers, M&A Integration Leads, Operations stakeholders, and external partners to support Compass’s merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy. You will help bring newly acquired brokerages to market within the Compass ecosystem and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Compass technology across our expanding network of agents and brands.
You will be responsible for developing and executing go‑to‑market and enablement strategies that ensure the seamless integration of acquired companies into the Compass platform while maintaining the integrity and independence of their established brands. You’ll play a key role in coordinating product onboarding, training, and communications for newly acquired brokerages, ensuring consistent alignment across Product, Operations, M&A Integration, and Leadership teams.
Broadly, you will support various processes for how we take integrations to market, how we communicate change, and how we use feedback from acquired brokerages and their agents to drive platform adoption and long‑term engagement.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $95,200–$142,700; however, pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
