This role is a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager responsible for applying knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes and devising strategic outcomes for complex issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead tax planning projects for a diverse client base with up-to-date tax advice and collaborate in a highly collaborative culture.
- Guide and supervise a motivated team, ensuring staff have the skills and opportunities to reach their potential.

Analyzing an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.Identifying opportunities and risks and communicating these to clients.Learning and researching current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor.Building client relationships with knowledge of real estate, hospitality and construction industries.Developing clear plans to improve clients' tax activities and tailoring advice to client needs.Researching clients\' business operations and building long-lasting relationships.Supervising a team, ensuring adequate skills, knowledge and development opportunities.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.Extensive knowledge across real estate tax technical and transaction areas (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs, allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, structuring).Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market; proven excellence in a professional services or tax organization.Technical writing and research experience in a tax context; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills.Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.CPA qualification or be a member of a state bar.What We Look For

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120 / hr to $150 / hr. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.Additional Information
