Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Delivery Driver to transport and deliver petroleum lubricant products (such as engine oils, hydraulic fluids, transmission oils, and greases.) to customer locations, storage tanks, or job sites. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service and strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver lubricants and related products to commercial and industrial customers.
• Operate and maintain delivery truck in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow proper loading and unloading procedures.
• Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and required paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch to report delivery status, issues, or delays.
• Uphold all safety standards, including wearing PPE and responding to spills or emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.

Job Objective

Manage inventory, prepare orders, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. Assist warehouse management daily by demonstrating leadership within the warehouse team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.

Certificates, Licensing and Software Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's license with tanker and HazMat endorsements is required. Must have valid DOT Medical Card. Verifiable clean driving record. Both must be kept current.

Picking / Shipping

Pull orders for shipment Place the material in the staging area; return the ticket to the supervisor Separate material to shipping points Load outgoing shipment onto trucks Receive all incoming materials Unload incoming shipments from trucks Verify and complete the delivery receipt. Note damaged or shortage on delivery receipt and have driver initials Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules. Complete all receiving paperwork Stock and stage received materials Keep the receiving and shipping areas organized Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner

Pick-Ups

Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit Pick up local-pickup purchase orders Secure and return packing list(s)

Quality

Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at the delivery site Verify the customer's signature on the delivery ticket. Review delivered orders with the supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse, and verify that none are missing
