A Day in the Life – Curtis, RN\nProvides patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team using the nursing process.\n\nKey Details : \n\nRadius : Accepts locals within 50 miles (10% bill rate reduction)\n\nShift : NBO 16 hrs\n\nEMR : EPIC\n\nRates : OT / Holiday 1.15×, Call Back 1.5× (2 hr min), On Call $9 / hr, Charge / Precept $6 / hr\n\nBillable OT : After 40 hrs / week (36-40 normal), 48+ hrs / week\n\nHolidays 2025 : Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays; limited time off during 11 / 26–11 / 30 & 12 / 23–1 / 2\n\nFloating : Across all Des Moines campuses as needed
