Job descriptionPedigree, Cesar, Nutro, Royal Canin, Iams, Whiskas, Sheba pet food and Greenies and temptations treats. 1st shift : Mon-Fri : 7A-3 : 30P; Sat-Sun 7A-7 : 30P 2nd shift : Mon-Fri : 3P-11 : 30P 3rd shift : Mon-Fri : 11P- 7 : 30A; Sat / Sun 7P-7 : 30A "4th Shift" : OFF 5 days in a row Further discussions in interview process High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in electrical systems, automation, and / or related fields Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and / or motor control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Strong electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Frequent lifting / carrying (10-50 lbs.) and pushing / pulling (50-200 lbs.) Frequent handling / gripping / bending / stooping. Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment. Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum 8 hours / shift). Ability to work in a variety manufacturing environments and non-temperature-controlled rooms (hot, cold, wet, etc). Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Associates degree or certifications in electrical engineering, automation, or related fields. Previous manufacturing environment Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting senior technicians with system upgrades and modifications Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motor control systems Perform basic repairs, inspections, and calibrations on electrical and control equipment Support Sr. Controls Technicians with the installation and setup of new control systems and automation equipment Help identify and resolve minor faults in control systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for control system maintenance Follow all safety procedures and protocols when servicing control systems and electrical equipment Any ad hoc requests Based on experience between $43.27- $57.69 / HR Shift Premium : $1.50 / HR Sign on Bonus : $5K OT potential Annual bonus pay out Annual merit increases Medical, vision & dental- Starts day one! Pay :
- Based on experience between $43.27- $57.69 / HR
- Additional $1.50 / HR shift premium

Job Purpose :
The Shift Controls Technician will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of control systems within the plant. Designed for individuals with foundational knowledge in electrical and control / programming systems.
