GenAI Solution Architect, Senior Consulting Manager

As a GenAI Solution Architect, you will make an impact by translating early-stage innovation ideas into structured, scalable solution proposals that align with enterprise architecture and governance standards. You will be collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to assess feasibility, define high-impact GenAI use cases, and drive proposal development with clarity and velocity.

In this role, you will :

• Translate Innovation into Execution Convert GenAI innovation concepts into structured solution proposals and development plans that align with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
• Provide Architectural Leadership Deliver hands-on solutioning and architectural guidance across GenAI use cases, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout the innovation lifecycle.
• Demonstrate AI Breadth & Depth Apply deep knowledge of AI / ML concepts, including supervised learning, transformers, embeddings, and GenAI orchestration frameworks.
• Apply Strategic Contextualization Frame GenAI capabilities within broader business strategy and innovation governance, incorporating responsible AI principles, model evaluation, and RAG architectures.

Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary for this position is between $98,853- $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
