The Sheet Metal Fabricator will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Mark cutting and bending lines.
- Fabricate band construct metal components.
- Perform quality checks on completed products.
- Follow all safety regulations.
- Measure meticulously and plan well to reduce waste.
- Set up metalwork machinery, including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
- Grind and finish completed products.
- Maintain associated fabrication records.
