Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Trident Technical College large-scale, complex, and highly visible training project for Boeing South Carolina (BSC); budget range exceeding 7 million. Develop and implement strategic objectives for projects that are aligned with client company strategic initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of the discovery, design, and delivery phases of the project. Work closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure that the communication and reporting requirements of this high-profile project are met. Manage the strategic aspects of multiple training projects aimed at developing a workforce for BSC. Work with internal and external partners and stakeholders to develop and carry out the broad communication requirements of the overall Boeing project. Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and relevant project management experience.
Experience in project management. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desirable but not required. Must have strong presentation and communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to include, but not limited to, problem solving, flexible work scheduling, adapting to a changing environment and working with a wide variety of people at all levels. Must possess the ability to manage project budgets in designated area ranging from $5,000 to over $200,000.00.
