Location :  Client is based in Elgin, IL

\n Salary :  $55,000 – $60,000 + Incentive Plan

\n Schedule :  Full-Time, 3 days Onsite at client 10am-7pm (2 days in the Schaumburg office)

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Onsite Recruiter / Talent Care Specialist  to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the  full recruitment lifecycle , while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

\n\n

\n What You’ll Do \n\n \n\t

• \n\t

Manage  full life-cycle recruiting  for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

\n\t\n\t

Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards, networking, and ATS (Avature).

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

\n\t\n\t

Ensure the assessment and selection process is consistent, fair, and equitable.

\n\t\n\t

Provide an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners.

\n\t\n

\n\n

\n What We’re Looking For \n\n \n\t

Proficiency in  applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite .

\n\t\n\t

Customer-focused approach with proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.

\n\t\n\t

Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

\n\t\n\t

Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable in changing scenarios.

\n\t\n\t

Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.

\n\t\n

\n\n
