Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products by removing burrs and imperfections from machined parts. Responsibilities

Hand-deburr complex machined components and manifolds.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and abrasives to remove burrs and ensure smooth finishes.

Perform detailed work under microscopes requiring excellent hand-eye coordination.

Follow detailed routers and work instructions (text and visual) to meet deburring specifications and tolerances.

Read and interpret blueprints with precision.

Maintain clean workstations with downdraft tables to minimize particle inhalation.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in deburring, machining, or a related field preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and math skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a quiet, meticulous environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace or high-precision manufacturing is a plus.
