What You’ll Do

• Support Members :  Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
• Solve Problems :  Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
• Be a Financial Guide :  Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
• Drive Growth :  Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Ensure Accuracy :  Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
• Collaborate & Lead :  Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Stay Compliant :  Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
• Branch Operations :  May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
