Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description :

Summary : If you're someone who finds joy in helping others, thrives on organization, and communicates with warmth and clarity, then the Client Care Coordinator role is for you. You'll be the first voice clients hear and the steady hand behind the scenes, supporting a practice that guides families through some of life's most sensitive transitions. From scheduling to client follow-ups, your work will ensure every interaction feels personal and professional. This is a role for someone who values empathy, structure, and meaningful contribution.

Monthly Compensation : 1150 to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Following up with former clients and requesting reviews
  • Drafting and sending engagement agreements and intake forms
  • Sending invoices and tailoring time entries (e.g., using ChatGPT)
  • Presenting ideas for social media content
  • Developing and refining SOPs
  • Supporting email inbox management
  • Inputting client data into the CRM system

  • Requirements :

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • No legal background required
  • At least 1-2 years prior experience in administrative or client-facing roles preferred
