Open Position for an Experienced PAGA Claims Litigator.

Experience : Two or more years.

Location : Los Angeles and adjacent communities.

Full time salaried position, up to two days per week remote working.

Annual compensation : up to $150,000, depending upon experience.

Scope of Work :

1) Review company HR policies and HR operations

2) Training

3) Assessing the merits of alleged claims

4) Resolving claims thru negotiation, settlement or litigation.
