General Manager - Restaurant Excellence Team

Michelin Starred Celebrity Chef, Michael Mina looking for an experienced, Travel Focused General Manager for his Growing Restaurant Empire!  Mina Group is an industry-leading hospitality group led by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina.

We manage more than 40 concepts across the US, partnering with numerous industry leaders including the Four Seasons, MGM hotels, JW Marriott, and Regent Hotels.

Our goal is to elevate the craft of hospitality by delivering one-of-a-kind memories to our guests.  We will recruit and develop leaders who share our obsession with hospitality and embrace our values of empathy, adaptability, and selflessness.    POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for assisting with management coverage at all restaurants, where there is a shortage of management or management transition.

Also, coordinates, supervises, trains, and assists in all operational areas during new restaurant openings and at existing Mina Group restaurants.

• A detail-oriented Hospitality leader who will be a hands-on mentor in the dining room with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and create an amazing experience for both our guests and our staff.
• You will lead all front-of-house operations, providing insight and guidance to every member of the team, working closely with the assistant general manager and corporate operations teams to further the success of the restaurant.
• You have exceptional financial acumen, expertise in service, an impeccable eye for detail, a high level of professionalism, and you can execute the standards of a 2-star Michelin establishment.
• You have a proven track record of driving revenue, increasing team member engagement and retention, and developing and implementing systems.

What you bring to the table :

Level 1 Somm certification a big+ Desire to teach and mentor both your staff and interns Basic Qualifications 5-7 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 4 years in a leadership role Hospitality degree preferred Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week Travel :
