What you'll do :

• Ability to leverage deep technical expertise to design and implement robust solutions that meet clients' objectives
• Bring niche tech skills and hands-on expertise in solving project-based tech problems. Lead a team of junior developers to enable effective data engineering, data analysis and reporting, leveraging expertise with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, PySpark, DBT and others
• Ensure highest quality of deliverables by following architecture / design guidelines, coding best practices, assisting in periodic design / code reviews
• Desirable to have experience or sufficient know how of emerging / recent technology like knowledge graphs, data mesh, AI / ML, conceptual understanding of data modelling, data management
• Hands on experience in building and / or automating data pipeline, orchestration, ingestion processes
• Ability to independently run POCs on new technologies and document findings to share with the internal / external audience
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges / goals, quality metrics, IT standards and deliver outcomes aligned to client expectations
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions with client / project stakeholders
