Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for overseeing a $100 million+ high-rise project, ensuring that all Project Management functions are executed with precision. Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the project's success and supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, bids, and presentations.
• Review the content of the Owner Agreement and provide feedback during contract negotiations.
• Design, manage, and update the project schedule in collaboration with team members.
• Oversee purchasing on individual projects.
• Manage day-to-day construction budget.
• Ensure a timely and comprehensive Owner billing process.
• Oversee subcontractor's payment application process.
• Analyze and evaluate PCO's from subcontractors and vendors.
• Examine Contract Documents for completeness and compliance.
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.
• Provide field staff with necessary tools for project execution.
• Represent the company during OAC meetings and provide comprehensive Project Status Reports.
• Respond to design team and consultants promptly.
• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions.
• Supervise and manage the execution of a complete close-out process.

The Project Manager will divide their time between the assigned project site and the Coral Gables office. The role requires collaboration with the VP of Operations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
