Key Responsibilities :

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Manage employee benefits deductions, direct deposit setup, and garnishments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records in the payroll system.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports for management and support month-end close processes related to payroll.
• Stay updated on current payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure seamless communication and process flow between departments.
