Salary : $75k-$125k Based on performance

Project Manager Residential Construction (Subcontractor Role)

Fredericksburg, VA | Full-Time | Subcontractor Position

Were looking for a capable Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from start to finish. This is a subcontractor role, not a direct employee position, but youll be a core part of the construction team and treated like it.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Manage 1012 spec homes at a time, taking each from foundation to final punch in an average of 4.5 months
• Supervise daily job site activities and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate trades and vendors to stay on schedule
• Approve trade invoices and manage job budgets
• Keep sites clean, safe, and professional
• Communicate with internal team members (Selections, Carpentry, etc.)
• Create and assign second trim, punch out, and final checklists
• Attend weekly PM meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with trades and represent the company well

Were based in Fredericksburg, VA. Our projects are located throughout counties within an hour east, west, and southno travel into DC traffic.
