Duties and Responsibilities of Job : Safely monitor and supervise all site operations and employees while ensuring all equipment is in proper working order. Provide leadership, which results in positive employee / employer relations. Project a professional corporate image, effective resource management, a sound risk management program, high production standards and business expansion and profitable operations.

Pay : $75 - $85k per year + 20% bonus eligibility

Shift : Monday (4pm - 2 : 30am), Tuesday - Friday (4pm - 12 : 30am), weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees day to day operations of recycling facility employees.
• Provides training to recycling employees on topics such as safety, recycling processing, or general recycling operations.
• Ensures the cleanliness and safety of the facility, and all associated recycling equipment.
• Ensures compliance with all recycling regulations.
• Monitors unloading of inbound materials.
• Monitors inventory levels and help develop outbound shipping schedules.
• Monitors and enforce safety protocols throughout the facility, including proper equipment usage.
