Job Description
Oversee and manage the Distribution Center operations (typically assigned to small to medium sized facilities). In addition, oversee a 2nd Medline branch or oversee a specific project that encompasses all branches. - Ensure order fulfillment and production are completed. Plan, lead and measure all daily processes. Review the performance of the 2nd branch to ensure it is in line with standards for productivity, quality, inventory control, safety and all measurable functions. Ensure compliance in 2nd branch with all State and Federal regulations and that all required training is updated for all associates. - Plan lead and manage all human resource processes at the local facility. This includes staffing, performance management, compensation administration and training and development. - Ensure efficient utilization and proper return. Manage all capital assigned to the distribution center. Review expenses with 2nd branch to ensure they are within guidelines. - Mentor and coach 2ndbranch Director Operations. Provide counsel on issues that arise and intervene when necessary to ensure adherence to guidelines and policy. - For the Senior Director who is responsible for a project : Provide relevant oversight, guidance and training. Ensure compliance. Provide direction to all branches as needed. - Support contract negotiations for new business. Provide timely responses to service failures and customer concerns. Visit key accounts. - Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies. And much more! Education - Bachelor's degree. Relevant Work Experience - At least 10 years in a distribution center environment. - At least 5 years experience as Director Operations. - At least 5 years management experience, with experience in sourcing and selecting supervisors, support personnel and warehouse associates. Additional - Ability to write a business plan and clearly outline performance objectives. - Willing to travel at least / up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position :
$152,880.00 - $229,320.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
