We are actively seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER (Heavy Construction and Building Construction) for immediate openings in our Chicagoland office, with HQ in Elgin, IL. This Project Engineer position focuses on Heavy Construction (bridge work / infrastructure / plant & process) or Building Construction (school and municipal markets) and is based at either our Elgin, IL corporate office, or a project site in NE Illinois.

It is the responsibility of the Project Engineer, whether the focus is on Heavy Construction (bridge work / infrastructure / plant & process) or Building Construction (school and municipal markets) to manage all Project Engineer related duties efficiently & effectively. A successful Project Engineer is an ambitious individual with the desire to advance within the Company.

Ideal candidate :

• has a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field of study, or has qualifying experience
• is willing to work in both a field and office setting
• is computer literate and willing to work with multiple project management, estimating, and scheduling software systems
• is an ambitious individual with the desire to advance within the Company
