The Project Manager will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, communicate progress to stakeholders, and manage risks and issues as they arise. This individual will also facilitate Steering Committee meetings, lead specialized project meetings, and present project updates to executive leadership and in company-wide forums.
Responsibilities include tracking and managing technical projects according to the selected project management framework, leading projects to successful completion, identifying and mitigating risks, defining and prioritizing work in alignment with business goals, facilitating, motivating, and recognizing project teams, building strong partnerships with other teams, contributing to the design and optimization of business processes, leading digital transformation, process improvement, and technical platform migration projects, planning, facilitating, and managing Steering Committee meetings, creating and leading specialized and ad-hoc meetings, and presenting project progress, key updates, and outcomes confidently to executive teams, company-wide town hall meetings, and other leadership forums.

Qualifications include experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project and Monday.com, Office 365, proven experience managing IT, strategic, digital transformation, change management, and process improvement projects, experience with technical platform migration projects, experience facilitating and managing Steering Committee meetings for larger projects, and presenting confidently to executive teams and company-wide forums. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Five or more years of demonstrated technical project management experience across a variety of methodologies is required. Experience working in an Agile environment and Agile certification (Scrum Master / Product Owner) or PMP certification is preferred.
Physical and mental demands include ability to travel up to 10% of time, work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary, remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods, and regular use of office equipment such as a computer / laptop and monitor computer screens.
