Pediatric Hospitalist Physician

Our client in Spalding County, GA is in need of a Pediatric Hospitalist for a full-time assignment!

Job details :

• Start : ASAP
• Seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician with NICU / NRP experience to provide coverage for our 18 bed MBU nursery and our growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICU
• Full time position includes a scheduled rotation of 7 days on / 7 days off with considerable flexibility in scheduling (providing a total of 15 - 24H covered shifts per month) and rotating holidays
• Schedule includes rounding on both units during the day and call from home at night
• Skilled NICU nursing staff attends all deliveries, MD called to attend only complex / very premature deliveries
• Ideal candidate will have experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants as well as neonatal procedures
• No circumcisions
• 1K annual births at this facility
