Reports To : Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary :

As a Fulfillment Specialist for Super Bright LEDs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking / packing orders, shipping / receiving, and replenishing. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring proper packaging for shipment.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects.
• Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Report out of stock issues to the supervisor and restock bins from the warehouse.
• Assist in processing UPS and USPS shipments.
